With the assistance of consultancy experts, we are examining all possible options for the site, our preliminary business case demonstrates that a Lido with green space constitutes optimal use of the site.

The next step is a detailed planning compliant design that takes account of the site’s limitations, as well as a costing of the project. This is now underway.

This will involve presenting our design and business case to the public, Dublin City Council, TDs, and councilors to demonstrate that our proposal is the best use of the site for citizens and that it is good value and feasible.

We hope that Dublin City Council, in collaboration with other stakeholders, will take on this project and bring it to fruition for the benefit of all Dubliners.
